Kat Von D Unveils Limited Edition Vegan Eyeshadow Palette

Celebrity tattoo and makeup artist Kat Von D recently launched the brand-new, limited edition vegan eyeshadow palette Serpentina. Von D teased Snapchat followers with an early reveal of Kat Von D Beauty’s Serpentina manipulated with a grayscale filter. However, the palette—which will launch July 5 on Sephora.com—is comprised of eight jewel tones, including a rich maroon Bloodmilk, slate-colored Medusa, and purple-hued Venom made using cruelty-free pigments and processes. The artist has been an active member of the vegan community and recently donated $50,000 to animal-rights organization Mercy For Animals.
