Universal Studios Florida Adds Vegan Options to 7 Restaurants 

Universal Studios Florida recently added new vegan options to seven of restaurants in Orlando. While several vegan options were previously available at the resort, the new menu items feature popular plant-based products made by brands such as Gardien, Impossible Foods, Beyond Meat, and Follow Your Heart. At Italian restaurants Lombard’s and Louie’s, guests can order Beyond Sausage-topped Plant-Based Penne Genovese and vegan spaghetti bolognese made with Gardien’s Italian sausage crumbles, respectively. The Impossible Burger is now on the menu at American comfort-food restaurants Richter’s and Captain America Diner. Gardein’s Chik’n appears in several dishes, as a vegan chicken sandwich—made with Follow Your Heart American cheese—at fast-food spot The Burger Digs and as a Plant-Based Tomato Cresto de Gallo at Greek eatery Mythos. Competing theme park Disney World serves several vegan options, including iconic treat Dole Whip.
