Starting today, seafood restaurant Harbour Galley, located inside California’s Disneyland Resort, will serve four plant-based dishes for four days to celebrate World Vegan Day. According to POPSUGAR, the resort now serves an all-vegan hot dog topped with mustard, onions, and a spicy lentil-based chili. The remainder of the new limited-time menu features three entreés: Traditional Style Pozole Soup made with tomatillos, hominy, serrano chilies, and served with onions, limes, radishes, and shredded cabbage; Toasted Couscous Salad featuring roasted pistachios and marinated black mission figs, topped with a cucumber salad and served with roasted eggplant purée and naan bread; and Antipasti Salad loaded with cherry tomatoes, baby artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onions, roasted red peppers, and pepperoncinis. For dessert, vegan Dole Whip soft-serve is permanently available at Disneyland parks.
