This year’s official Grammy Awards after-party will be the most vegan-friendly yet, thanks to The Recording Academy’s new vegan menu offerings. For the first time, the Academy worked with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to ensure each food station at the party will have a fully vegan option. Meal options will be provided by Taste of LA by Levy and include Spaghetti di Zucca with organic spaghetti squash and zucchini blossoms, seasonal verdure served with romesco sauce, shaved Brussels sprouts salad, and an assortment of vegan cupcakes. This is good news for vegan musical artists who will be attending, such as Miley Cyrus, and Chloe and Halle Bailey. “The Grammy Awards official after-party will be its kindest one yet, thanks to the Recording Academy’s delicious new vegan-friendly menu,” PETA Senior Director Anne Brainard said. “Word of these creative meat-free meals will be music to the ears of anyone who wants to save animals, help the environment, or simply make a healthier choice.” The 61st Annual Grammy Awards will air tomorrow at 5 pm PST.
