From May 6 to June 30, frozen yogurt chain Orange Leaf will offer its first limited-edition sour flavor, vegan Sour Patch Kids, at its nearly 200 locations nationwide. “We are excited to partner with one of America’s favorite sour candies, Sour Patch Kids, for our first sour froyo. It gives our guests a new flavor experience at Orange Leaf and expands our dairy-free offerings, making it a perfect addition for summer,” Orange Leaf president Kendall Ware said. “We can’t wait to see where this brand partnership takes us in 2019.” The chain also added vegan Sour Patch Kids candies as a topping option. Last year, Orange Leaf released limited-edition dairy-free Jolly Rancher flavors (Blue Raspberry and Green Apple) which the chain credited to a six-percent increase in same-store sales in 2018.
