Celebrity-backed vegan snack brand Outstanding Foods recently announced the launch of its newest product, TakeOut Meal-In-A-Bag Puffs. Available in Pizza Partay, Chill Ranch, Hella Hot, and White Chedda flavors, the chef-crafted puffed snacks boast “the nutrition of a full meal.” Packed with 21 grams of protein and 30 percent of recommended servings for essential nutrients, each three ounce bag includes 20 vitamins and minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc, and vitamins A, B12, C, and K.

“With TakeOut Meal-In-A-Bag Puffs … you won’t feel guilty whether you’re enjoying it as a great tasting snack or in place of a meal,” Outstanding Foods co-founder and CEO Bill Glaser said. “We take out the bad stuff and Chef [and co-founder] Dave adds a proprietary blend of super nutrients.” The plant-based puffs are made using rice, pea grits, pea and brown rice protein, and nutrients derived from a blend of broccoli, spinach, kale, mushrooms, and sweet potatoes.

Founded by Glaser and David Anderson—former chef at Beyond Meat and co-founder of Eat Just—Outstanding Foods’ TakeOut Meal-In-A-Bag Puffs follow the launch of PigOut Pigless Pork Rinds, which were released earlier this year in Original, Texas BBQ, Nacho Cheese, and Hella Hot flavors. The soy-free vegan pork rinds are currently being tested in 200 7-Eleven locations across Southern California as part of the chain’s Snacks & Sips initiative that introduces customers to up-and-coming brands.

Set to launch on October 27th, the vegan TakeOut puffs are currently available for presale in eight-count packs on the brand’s website where they retail for $31.92.
