Vegan-friendly beauty brand LUSH Cosmetics recently launched a free consultation service that allows customers to connect with shop managers to discuss their hair, skin, and body care needs. Customers can schedule 30-minute appointments with LUSH and a shop manager will call them during their preferred time slot. Last month, LUSH launched a 16-item collection—featuring calming body washes, soothing bath oils, and extra-large bath bombs—specifically aimed at easing anxiety during these difficult times. As a soap company, LUSH is uniquely positioned to help during the COVID-19 pandemic and  has done so with tens of thousands of LUSH product donations to non-profit organizations which distribute them to vulnerable populations in the Vancouver and Toronto regions, where the company’s North American manufacturing and head offices are located.
