Grocery chain Trader Joe’s recently launched a new line of vegan almond milk-based yogurt. The new Creamy Almond Cultured Yogurt Alternative line retails for $1.49 per 5.3-ounce cup and is available in two flavors: Mango (with pieces of fruit) and Vanilla Bean (featuring real vanilla bean specks). The new yogurt line joins Trader Joe’s Organic Creamy Cashew Cultured Yogurt Alternative line of cashew milk-based yogurts which it launched last summer and its Cultured Coconut Milk yogurt line it introduced in 2018.

In addition to new vegan yogurts, Trader Joe’s has recently expanded its plant-based offerings to include vegan meat patties (in beef and turkey flavors); prepared vegan mac and cheese (sold in its refrigerated section); and its own vegan cheese line (mozzarella shreds and cheddar slices). The affordable grocery chain is also working on an almond milk-based vegan milk chocolate bar.
