This month, vegan muffin brand Abe’s will begin rolling out at more than 350 Sprouts Farmers Market locations. The allergy-friendly mini muffins will initially be available at the grocery chain in two seasonal flavors: Apple Cider and Cranberry Orange Zest, sold in 12-packs for a suggested retail price of $4.99.

The company was founded by brothers Joby and Marty Koffman to provide a sweet treat for Joby’s son Abe, who was born with peanut, tree nut, and dairy allergies. Now, the company aims to expand to help all children get through difficult times. “Whether classes are in person or virtual, snack and lunchtime are not going anywhere,” Abe’s founder Marty Koffman said. “Parents are always looking for convenient snack solutions kids can safely eat and truly enjoy.“

Abe’s muffins are also available at select Whole Foods Market locations in other flavors, including chocolate chip—which is the best-selling vegan snack in the country according to data gathered by market research firm SPINS, with its Wild Blueberry Smash flavor coming in close second. Abe’s bakes, packs, and distributes more than one million muffins each week at its West Nyack, NY facility.
