A$AP Rocky Says He’s Vegan on New Single

A$AP Rocky’s newest single, “Babushka Boi,” reveals that the musician is now vegan. In the song’s second verse, the rapper says that he no longer consumes animal products. “I ain’t ducking bullets either,” Rocky raps. “I ain’t duck sauce since I became a vegan.” While duck sauce is typically vegan, Rocky’s admission to no longer consuming animal products is a progression from the pescatarian diet he followed since at least 2012. Soon after, Rocky became vegetarian after learning about the horrors of the poultry industry and spoke with organization Vegan Hip Hop Movement in 2015 about how his vegan manager helped him transition while he was on tour.
