California-based company Amy’s Kitchen debuted new Vegan Cheeze Pizza Snacks this week, the latest in its long line of vegan offerings. The new soy-free vegan pizza rolls include house-made organic tomato sauce and vegan mozzarella “cheeze” wrapped in a soft flour crust. Made with non-GMO ingredients, this new product joins Amy’s wide selection of vegetarian products such as burgers, tamales, burritos, sausages, meatballs, and pizzas. Other companies are noticing the demand for plant-based pizza options, as United Kingdom Pizza Huts announced the permanent addition of dairy-free cheese to its menu last month, and Domino’s committed to adding vegan cheese to all Australian locations in 2018.
