Annual Chicago VeganMania Returns This Weekend

This Saturday, Chicago VeganMania—a highly anticipated one-day festival celebrating the meat-free lifestyle—returns to the Windy City. In its sixth year, the day will feature a vegan food court (with 12+ restaurant vendors), a chef demo stage, educational speakers, a culture café (complete with a mini spa and vegan coffee bar), a kids’ zone, and a bookstore. Presenters include bodybuilder Robert Cheeke, Food Empowerment Founder Lauren Ornelas, Chef AJ, and writers/podcasters Jasmin Singer and Mariann Sullivan. Attendees will be able to “ask a vegan expert” questions about veganism, and musicians will be performing throughout the day. More than 100 vendors will be exhibiting at this year’s event.
