Brooklyn, NY-based vegan restaurant Modern Love is offering a full vegan Thanksgiving dinner menu. The meal will be served as individual plates for $19 and is available for delivery within approximately four miles of the restaurant via DoorDash and Caviar. The meal features:
- Stuffed Faux Turkey Roast made with seitan and chickpeas
- Herb Sausage Stuffing with homemade pinto bean sausages
- Wild Mushroom Gravy
- Citrus Gingery Cranberry Sauce
- Sautéed Kale
The meal can be ordered starting on November 24 until Thanksgiving Day at 4pm through the restaurant’s regular menu. Modern Love also offered a “Brooklyn Bundle” for six, which included turkey roast, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, cranberry sauce, and a pumpkin praline cheesecake, but it quickly sold out.
Modern Love opened its doors in Brooklyn in 2016 and is owned by celebrated cookbook author Isa Chandra Moskowitz.
