Jon Bernthal Fights Against Animal-Cruelty in PSA

Jon Bernthal, who starred in the hit television series The Walking Dead and is now a major player in TNT’s Mob City, stars in a Humane Society of the United States public service announcement that encourages people to report animal cruelty. Shot by celebrity photographer Art Streiber, the PSA shows Bernthal and his two adopted pit bulls with the words, “Cruelty to Animals Is A Crime,” in bold font. “Animals are among the most vulnerable beings on this planet,” said Bernthal on the HSUS website. “That’s why I am urging everyone to speak up if they see or suspect cruelty; don’t expect that someone else will.”
