Los Angeles Hosts First Vegan Bridal Fair

On September 8, the first Luxe and Kind Bridal Boutique pop-up will take place inside the Bel Air Tree House, a plant-based hotel in Los Angeles. The fair will showcase a variety of vegan wedding suppliers, vendors, and professionals, including catering company Pink Salt Cuisine, vegan production company Amethyst Event Productions, and event planners Everlasting Vegan Events. The event is founded by former wedding photographer Daniella Degrassi—founder of vegan media brand and community The Kind Bride—and lifestyle brand Verte Luxe founder Laura Frecon. “With Kind Bride, I found a perfect way to give back to the wedding industry and engage in a gentle activism, encouraging, and supporting vegan couples planning a vegan wedding,” Degrassi said. “I wanted to give vegan couples some peace of mind and a sense of normalcy when entering a wedding expo, and meet suppliers that are familiar with the nuances of a plant-based lifestyle.” The first 100 couples to purchase early bird tickets through the fair’s Eventbrite page will receive a complimentary gift bag.
