Today, vegan activist Moby launched a new lifestyle line as an extension of his Los Angeles restaurant Little Pine. To match the aesthetic of Moby’s vegan restaurant, the Little Pine line features woodsy prints atop apparel such as unisex t-shirts and sweatshirts, tote bags, hats, and enamel pins, along with lifestyle items such as tea towels, water bottles, tea cannisters, art prints, and journals. Moby opened Little Pine in 2015 and has donated all profits from the vegan restaurant to animal-rights organizations, a policy that also applies for his new lifestyle line. In recent years, the retired musician has sold many of his possessions—including his record collection, equipment, and $1.3 million New York home—to benefit groups that fight for animal rights. “Ultimately I’m driven by my belief that every animal is simply, ineluctably entitled to their own god-given life,” Moby—who has been vegan for more than 30 years—told VegNews. “I am driven by the simple belief that animals are not ours to eat, wear, or experiment on. Simply: Animals are not ours.”
