New Southern Vegan Bistro and Bar Opens in Nashville

Owners of popular Nashville restaurant The Wild Cow expand veg-friendly empire with Graze.

A new veg-friendly bistro and bar called Graze recently opened in Nashville, TN, serving customers cruelty-free iterations of Southern food and a full cocktail menu. The eatery celebrated its opening day in late April and serves an outlet for chef Nick Davis to experiment with dishes and focus on fresh, local food, The Tennessean reports. Part-owner of the existing Nashville vegetarian restaurant The Wild Cow, Davis said Graze’s menu will feature reinvented versions of Wild Cow favorites, comfort food dishes such as cheddar-jalapeño cast-iron cornbread, breakfast biscuits with hot tempeh and chipotle mustard, cashew macaroni and cheese with seitan chorizo, and other options including banh mis and nut-based cheese plates.
