New vegan taco shop Tacotarian will open in Las Vegas at the end of July. The shop—the mission of which is to “turn Vegas vegan one taco at a time”— will be located at Spring Valley’s Lynden Square retail center. Tacotarian will feature items such as guacamole, flautas, burritos, asada fries, enchiladas, quesadillas, and taco bowls, along with 12 different taco options, in addition to sides, soups, and salads. Many of these items come with choice of meat, which includes options such as seitan-based al pastor, jackfruit-based barbacoa, and soy-based chorizo. Tacotarian joins the expanding vegan scene in Las Vegas, which now includes Amber’s Smoked Vegan and Blinders Burgers & Brunch, along with non-vegan establishments that have recently added vegan options, such as Red Rock Resort and Hank’s Fine Steaks and Martinis.
