Holy Guacamole
Smothered on a sandwich, buried in a burrito, or atop a pile of nachos, classic guacamole is great just about anywhere. Spice up this seasonal staple by adding diced jalapeños.

Makes 1 cup
What you need:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- Juice of 1 lime or lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
What you do:
Into a shallow bowl, scoop avocado out of its skin and mash gently. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime or lemon juice, cumin, and cilantro. Season with salt, and serve with organic chips or celery sticks.
