Homemade Vegan Parmesan
This delicious topping makes a feast out of pasta, rice, steamed veggies, green salad—anything!

What you need:
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic granules or powder
- 1/3 teaspoon vegetable seasoning salt, such as Spike or Vegesal
What you do:
Blend in food processor fitted with metal blade, until it reaches crumbly consistency. Enjoy!
