Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

Looking to boost your smoothie intake and simultaneously transport your tastebuds to warmer climates? Coconut milk gives this smoothie, originally published in the book Munchie Madness, an extra-rich flavor, and mango gives it an out-of-control tropical kick.
Makes 4 servings
What you need:
- 2 fresh, ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh or canned coconut milk
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional)
What you do:
- In a blender, blend all ingredients well, and serve in a tall glass.
