The ingredients are so simple, but come together in a creamy, tropical shake.

What you need:

2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup orange juice
1 cup coconut milk
Juice of one lime
1 tablespoon flax seed oil (optional)

What you do:

Into a blender, blend all ingredients. Serve in two tall glasses.
