If you’ve read our holiday issue, you know how nuts we are about vegan cookie dough, which explains why we’re so excited to see Hampton Creek’s Just Cookie Dough back on the shelves and tastier than ever. With no artificial colors or flavors, this indulgent, buttery dough is packed with chocolate chips that lured us in spoonful after (glorious) spoonful. Just Cookie Dough perfects the taste of the nostalgic childhood treat, and while we threw around the idea of baking it, the jar was empty before the oven was hot. Currently only available at Super Target stores (with plans for expansion), there is no better time to just “dough” it.
