St. Louis Will Soon Get a New Raw Vegan Café

Seedz Café, the latest in a line of meat-free restaurants opening in St. Louis, will serve raw, vegan food to locals of the DeMun neighborhood. Natives of St. Louis, owners Montgomery Gralnick and Cara Schloss decided to open the restaurant after living in California, where Gralnick prepared food for stars on movie sets. Schloss, a manager of Whole Food’s Whole Body Department, plans to combine her knowledge of healthy living with Gralnick’s culinary talents to create an innovative menu of fresh food, juices, and smoothies. Local produce and independent brewers will also be featured at the new café.
