Next month, Target is launching a new vegan burger patty under its flagship Good & Gather grocery brand. The Plant-Based Meatless Beef-style Patties come in 12-ounce packages and can be found in the frozen aisle and on Target’s website. The new product is part of a larger 600-product launch of new Good & Gather items across almost every food category throughout the fall, including new vegan items such as Falafel with Tzatziki Sauce, Crispy Chickenless Tenders, Spicy Black Bean Burger, and Meatless Crumble.

“Food plays such an important role in our guests’ lives,” Stephanie Lundquist, Executive Vice President and President, Food & Beverage, Target, said. “And now, as guests are eating and cooking at home—and appreciating good value—more than ever, Good & Gather’s delicious, high-quality assortment and affordable price continues to set Target apart, while helping our guests discover the joy of food every day. And they’re going to love what we’re serving up this fall.”

The retail giant’s Good & Gather brand launched in 2019 and focuses on taste, affordability, and convenience. Other available vegan items under the brand include oat milk, mayonnaise-style vegan dressing, prepared California-style Quinoa Salad, and Vindaloo Simmer Sauce.
