After a year-long taste test, budget hotel chain Travelodge recently launched its unlimited breakfast menu—complete with vegetarian and vegan options—at 148 locations in the United Kingdom. The new offerings are priced between $8.70 and $12.03, with children eating free, which is lower than its competitors. The 30-year-old hotel brand has already seen a double-digit boost in sales as a result. “The new breakfast has been designed to improve the breakfast experience for vegetarians and vegans, and features vegetarian sausages and granary bread suitable for vegans,” the company said. Vegan breakfast options include the Linda McCartney sausages, hash browns, English brown bread, and a selection of cereal.
