Vegan fast-casual chain Terri recently launched pre-made vegan meals at health-food stores in the New York City and Westchester areas. The packaged meals are inspired by the most popular menu items offered at the NYC restaurant and include lasagna, wraps such as the Breakfast Scramble, Chickpea Tuna Melt, BBQ Pulled Pork, Southwestern Chick’n Melt, Buffalo Chick’n, and a Fish-less Filet sandwich. “We just launched last week and we’ve been selling out,” Terri co-owner Craig Cochran told VegNews. “Each day, more and more stores are carrying our wraps.” Last year, Cochran opened upscale plant-based restaurant P.S. Kitchen, which donates all of its profits to support local charities.
