Vegan Fruit Smoothie

This recipe for an easy, classic smoothie will help jumpstart your day.

What you need:

1 banana
1 cup frozen berries
2 cups apple juice or orange juice
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
Any other fresh fruit in season, cut into small pieces

What you do:

In a blender, add ingredients and process until smooth.
