A VegNews favorite, crème de cassis adds a sweet and aromatic flavor to an otherwise Champagne-filled flute.

What you need:
1/2 ounce crème de cassis
6 ounces sparkling wine
6 ounces sparkling wine
What you do:
In a Champagne flute, add creme de cassis. Top with sparkling wine and serve.
