Blood orange, mint, and ginger make this cocktail just as gorgeous as it is fresh and delicious.

What you need:
3 slices blood orange
6 mint leaves
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce Lillet Blanc
¾ ounce ginger syrup
3 ounces sparkling wine
Blood orange wheel, for garnish
Mint sprig, for garnish
What you do:
- In a rocks glass, muddle blood orange and mint. Add vodka, Lillet Blanc, and ginger, and stir.
- Add ice to fill and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with blood orange and mint, and serve with a straw.
