For Valentine’s Day, Warner Bros. will open its Hertfordshire, England studios to Harry Potter lovers, complete with a vegan-friendly dinner served in The Great Hall. The dinner features three courses with several vegan options, wine, and cocktails. The meal will start with a shareable serving of artisan bread, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar before proceeding to the appetizer course, which features beet tartare served with cashew-based ricotta cheese, radishes, and black quinoa crackers. The main course is comprised of a dairy-free pithivier (a puff-pastry pie) stuffed with butternut squash, spinach, and mushroom, and served with cauliflower, tea-soaked sultana raisins, sweet potato fondant, and finished with a mushroom velouté sauce. After dinner, guests will explore famed sets from the Harry Potter series including the Gryffindor common room, Dumbledore’s office, the Weasley kitchen at The Burrow, the Forbidden Forest, and Platform 9 ¾. Tickets for the event—taking place from February 14 to 16—are available for purchase starting today ($624, sold as a table for two).
