Got any plans for 8:30 to 9:30 pm on Saturday, March 28? Now you do! Earth Hour is the first-ever World Wildlife Fund-sponsored global election. If you want to vote, you don’t need a registration form or a ballot. You don’t even need to be 18. Just turn your lights off for that 60-minute interlude to prove that climate change is an issue you care about. The goal is to get one billion people to do the same. The World Wildlife Fund plans to share the outcome of this election at the Global Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen later this year. So get your candles ready and be prepared to vote with your light switch.
