Avocado & Mango Salad
This salad is from the raw food cookbook, Angel Foods: Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies.

Serves 4
What you need:
- 2 mangos, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 avocados, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 serrano peppers, minced
What you do:
Combine all ingredients and gently toss. Serve immediately.
