Vegan Chunky Monkey Milkshake

Something magical happens when you combine creamy bananas, roasted cashews, and carob powder. 

What you need:

2 cups soy milk or rice milk
2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
4 tablespoons roasted cashews
2 tablespoons roasted carob powder
2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup
2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
2 mint leaves, for garnish

What you do:

Into a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Serve garnished with a mint leaf.
