Chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker—no, we’re not talking about a fireside dessert. This is our new favorite protein-packed smoothie blend, and it couldn’t be simpler to make.
What you need:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 tablespoons chocolate almond butter
1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
3 tablespoons vegan graham crackers crumbs, plus more for topping
Toasted vegan marshmallows, for serving
What you do:
1. Into a blender, add milk, butter, protein powder, and graham crackers, and process until smooth.
2. Serve in glass, and top with graham crackers and toasted marshmallows.
