Banana Carob Mousse

This simple dessert is from the raw food cookbook, Angel Foods: Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies.

What you need:

  • 6 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 3/4 cup raw carob powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

What you do:

  1. Place bananas in food processor and puree. Add carob powder and blend until smooth.
  2. Pulse in remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
