Vegan fashion designer and Harvard graduate John Bartlett is collaborating with the Humane Society of the United States to create a line of tee-shirts and thermals that advocate against the use of fur for clothing. A fox silhouette and the words “fur-free” will be emblazoned on the front, and there will be a quote from Albert Schweitzer on the back that reads: “Until he extends the circle of compassion to all living things man will not himself find peace.” Besides using fashion to spread the cruelty-free word, Bartlett also allocates proceeds from his clothing sales to Tiny Tim Rescue Fund, his non-profit organization that raises money for animal rescue groups.
