Vegan Pineapple Caipirinha

Muddled pineapple and lime make this the perfect tropical escape during the wintery celebrations.

What you need:

3 pieces candied pineapple, plus more, for garnish
¼ ounce syrup from candied pineapple
3 lime quarters
2 ounces silver cachaça
Additional lime, for garnish

What you do:

  1. Muddle pineapple, syrup, and lime. Add cachaça and ice, and stir to mix.
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel and candied pineapple on a stick.
