Makes 10 large popsicles
What You Need:
1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
1 cup lemon juice
½ cup agave nectar or maple syrup
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
What You Do:
- In a large bowl, combine the lavender with 1½ cups of boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain out the lavender.
- Add the lemon juice, sweetener, and blueberries to the lavender-infused water.
- Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze until solid, at least two to three hours.
