Oregon-based vegan chain Next Level Burger (NLB) will offer its plant-based burgers at three upcoming Seattle Seahawks football team home games at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, WA. At the games, which take place on November 15, December 2, and December 10, football fans will be able to enjoy the NLB All-American Burger—which includes a Beyond Burger patty, house-made tempeh bacon, vegan cheddar cheese, and special sauce—and a Cookies n’ Cream Shake made with organic coconut soft serve from a dedicated food stand at the stadium. “Serving up Next Level Burger at Seahawks games is an epic moment for us—we truly admire and share their commitment to sustainability,” NLB CEO Matt de Gruyter told VegNews. “We want to bring America’s first 100 percent plant-based burger joint experience to the fans.” The first 100 fans to order from the NLB stand will also be offered giveaways such as free fanny packs inscribed with “Love your buns,” and gift cards for free NLB shakes. Earlier this year, NLB opened a new location inside a San Francisco Whole Foods Market as part of a partnership with the supermarket chain, which has also resulted in outposts in Seattle, Concord, CA, Brooklyn, NY, and Austin, TX.
