Vegan singer Miley Cyrus will guest star on an upcoming episode of Netflix hit series Black Mirror. Cyrus confirmed her role in the series on a recent episode of radio show The Howard Stern Show. “If you guess it, then I will shake my head ‘yes,’” Cyrus responded to host Howard Stern’s inquiry about her Black Mirror appearance. Stern revealed that Cyrus did nod her head in agreement and followed the gesture with the statement, “I’m really actually excited for everyone to watch the ‘headshaking project’ we said yes to.” In the segment, Cyrus explained that she was filming in South Africa—likely the Black Mirror episode—during the California wildfires that consumed her Malibu home. While an official release date has yet to be confirmed, Netflix leaked its December schedule on Twitter showing that the first Black Mirror episode, titled “Bandersnatch,” will debut on December 28. This month, Cyrus released her hit single “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart,” a commentary on social justice issues, debuted her third vegan line in partnership with apparel brand Converse, and was commended by Vogue on her advocacy of vegan fashion.
