From now until January 2, Starbucks will offer a new vegan wrap on its menus in the United Kingdom. The Very Merry Vegan Wrap features a beet-infused tortilla stuffed with butternut squash fritters, roasted red cabbage, and vegan maple mustard mayonnaise. The new wrap—which is part of the chain’s Christmas menu—joins a variety of vegan options at Starbucks UK, including Vegan Mac (made with a butternut squash sauce, spinach, and parsley crumble); Vegan Roasted Vegetable Salad; and dessert cake Vegan Pistachio Slice. For Halloween this year, Starbucks launched a limited-edition vegan Phantom Frappuccino across Europe. Stateside, Starbucks offers a variety of vegan milks in its beverages but has not added new plant-based food options for the holidays.
