La Colombe’s Oat-Based Vegan Lattes to Launch at 1,500 Target Stores

Coffee company La Colombe’s vegan Oatmilk Draft Latte line will soon be available at 1,500 Target stores nationwide. Made with Chobani’s new oat milk, the line will be available in Original, Vanilla, and Caramel flavors in 9-ounce cans for a suggested retail price of $3.49. La Colombe first launched the ready-to-drink line in September at its 30 cafés, as well as on Amazon and at select retailers, including Wegman’s and Harris Teeter. “Distribution is continuing to grow at record rates,” La Colombe CEO and co-founder Todd Carmichael said. “With the addition of Walgreens (which will carry its non-vegan latte line) and Target, among many others to our family of retailers across the country, 2020 is ramping up to be another stellar year.” In 2017, La Colombe was the first specialty coffee roaster to partner with Oatly, adding the Oatmilk Draft Latte to its on-tap, in-store menu in 2018.
