Queer-led ice cream brand Coolhaus launched vegan ice cream flavor EnjoyMINT for All in celebration of Pride Month. The new flavor features a decadent peppermint base dotted with chocolate cookie crumbs and gooey purple vegan marshmallow swirls. “Pride is at the heart and soul of Coolhaus. We go to work every day to make amazing desserts for anyone who craves luxurious treats, but also to bring awareness to equality and love—as an LGBTQ founder, that is core to our mission,” Coolhaus CEO and Co-Founder Natasha Case said. “EnjoyMINT For All is our latest way of saying we see you, we celebrate you, and we stand with you, especially during this tough time.”

Coolhaus will donate 100 percent of sales of the EnjoyMINT for All flavor at its scoop shops to The Okra Project, a collective that seeks to address the global crisis of violence by providing resources and meals to Black Trans people worldwide.

Last year, the brand debuted its 13-item vegan ice cream line in cookie sandwich and pint flavors such as Peanut Butter Fudge Chip, Horchata Breakfast, Salted Caramel Crunch, Mocha Marcona Almond Fudge, and Chocolate Campfire S’mores. In May, Coolhaus expanded its vegan offerings with a new mini-pint format available in Best of Both Worlds Vanilla, Cookie Dough Lyfe, and Dirty Mint Chip flavors. All of Coolhaus’ dairy-free ice cream is made with a unique blend of pea protein, brown rice, and cocoa butter.
