Grocery chain Trader Joe’s recently added several new vegan items to its shelves. In the freezer section, the store now offers Non-Dairy Oat Frozen Dessert ($3.99 per 16-ounce pint) in a strawberry flavor that features an oat milk base that is dotted with almond brittle and candied strawberries. The new vegan ice cream joins several frozen treat options, including recently debuted Non-Dairy Vanilla Frozen Dessert that is made with almonds.

Trader Joe’s also recently debuted a Vegan Caesar Dressing ($3.99 per 11-ounce bottle) made from a blend of tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, white miso, dijon mustard, and capers. The new dressing joins Vegan Ranch dip—a coconut milk-based tub of a dip previously featured in a vegetable tray that the store reintroduced in a larger, stand-alone format last year.

The store’s vegan meat selection has also grown substantially this year, with the January launch of vegan beef-style Protein Patties and the release of Turkeyless Protein Patties in May. The store also expanded its vegan cheese options in June with Cheddar Style Slices and Mozzarella Style Shreds, both priced at $3.99 per 7-ounce package.

As for candy options, the grocery chain recently added gelatin-free Just The Lobsters—a new shape of its popular Scandinavian Swimmer gummies—and is currently developing an almond milk-based vegan chocolate bar.
