Vegan Ranch Debuts at Trader Joe’s

Vegan ranch dip is coming to Trader Joe’s this week, according to a store employee. “Yes, you’re seeing this correctly. And no, you’re not dreaming! Vegan Ranch is on the way,” the employee captioned a photo of the new product in Facebook group Vegan Trader Joe’s. While the employee could not share the ingredients or other details, they disclosed that the dip is the same coconut milk-based vegan ranch that was available in the veggie tray at Trader Joe’s. Last year, Trader Joe’s expanded its vegan offerings in the refrigerated case with organic Cashew Fiesta Dip, a vegan queso dip made from cashews, potatoes, carrots, onions, green chile peppers, and spices. In the yogurt section, the grocery chain now offers both cashew- and coconut-based vegan options, along with a wide selection of vegan goods (such as Miyoko’s lox-style cream cheese and Lightlife’s chicken tenders) in other parts of the store.
