Vegan brand Daiya Foods recently launched its ice cream bars at more than 1,000 Target stores nationwide. Daiya’s Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Bars—which are made with a coconut milk base that is enrobed in fair-trade dark chocolate—are available in four flavors: Chocolate Fudge Crunch, Classic Vanilla Bean, Salted Caramel Swirl, and Espresso Coffee. In January, Daiya’s Classic Vanilla Bean Dessert Bars also launched at select Costco stores, where the vegan ice cream bars are available in a 10-pack for $9.99. 

“More and more people are discovering the many benefits of plant-based eating,” Daiya Vice President of Marketing Dan Hua said. “As an early pioneer in the plant-based foods movement, we want everyone to know how easy and delicious it can be to incorporate plant-based options into everyday menus. With Daiya, there is no need to compromise on the taste and texture that you’ve come to love.” 

In addition to its ice cream bars, Target also offers Daiya’s Cutting Board Shred vegan cheeses in four flavors: cheddar, mozzarella, pepperjack, and a new cheddar and mozzarella blend. The brand’s Veggie Crust Pizzas and Breakfast Burritos are also now available at Walmart stores.
