Kim Kardashian goes plant-based

In 2019, Kardashian West began transitioning to a plant-based diet. “I am eating all plant-based when I am home,” Kardashian West told her millions of Instagram followers. Shortly thereafter, the star offered fans a peek into her colossal kitchen, pantry, and walk-in refrigerator, showing off a variety of fruits and vegetables, rows of plant-based milks, and an entire freezer full of Beyond Sausages.

In January 2021, Kardashian West went plant-based for a second time and brought her sister Khloé Kardashian along for the ride during what she called a “Sister Boot Camp” challenge. “Plant-based and two workouts a day for 30 days to get our mind and body right this year,” Kardashian shared in an Instagram story. After hearing the news, Beyond Meat sent Kardashian West a variety of its vegan burgers, meatballs, beef, and sausages. “Someone heard I went plant-based,” Kardashian West captioned a photo of the gift.

While Kardashian West planned to go plant-based for just the month of January, by the looks of it, the star decided to stick with the animal-free diet into February.
