In time for Thanksgiving, Canadian food brand Sol Cuisine launched a vegan turkey roast. The limited-edition Stuffed Turk’y Roast with Gravy serves six and is available at major retailers across Canada, including Sobeys, Loblaws, Metro, Superstore, Safeway, Choices, and Provigo. Sol Cuisine was founded as a tofu producer in Toronto in 1980 and has since expanded to include a variety of products available across North America.

“This [roast] is truly incredible,” Sol Cuisine CEO John Flanagan said. “It’s a great tasting, healthy alternative that is easy to prepare and serve. Packed with real ingredients like cranberries, onions, and celery, you can trust that this delicious plant-based roast will be a welcome addition to your feast.”

While the new roast is only available to customers in Canada, Sol Cuisine offers a variety of vegan foods at grocery stores in the United States, including burgers, meatballs, and chicken tenders.
