There are plenty of reasons to catch Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft tour. The music is the main one, of course—but there’s also the atmosphere, the shared experience with thousands of fellow fans, and, last but not least, the vegan food.
You can always count on Eilish, who hasn’t eaten animal products since the age of 12, to make sure there are enough vegan options at her shows. In July 2025, when she performed at London’s O2 Arena for six nights, she even convinced the entire venue to go completely plant-based for the duration of her stay.

At her upcoming New York shows at the UBS Arena, fans can expect an abundance of plant-based choices once again. One of the singer’s favorite New York vegan restaurants, La Botaniste, will be serving signature dishes like Pasta Bolo (quinoa fusilli with bolognese sauce) and Spicy Chili Sin Carne.
Late Summer Pasta will also be on offer; a dish created in partnership with Support + Feed, the climate and food security nonprofit founded by Eilish’s mom, Maggie Baird.
Billie Eilish’s passion for plant-based living
Turning the O2 Arena vegan was an impressive feat, but it’s not the only major venue to accommodate Eilish’s request for more plant-based food.
At the end of last year, when Eilish performed at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA, the entire venue’s concession stands went meatless, offering fans vegan hot dogs, Cinnaholic cinnamon rolls, and Impossible Burgers.

The singer, a lifelong animal lover, also cares deeply about the environment. Along with encouraging tour venues to expand their plant-based menus, she hosts eco-villages at each of her performances. In partnership with Reverb, these interactive spaces help fans connect with environmental nonprofits and learn more about the tour’s commitment to sustainability.
Eilish is equally dedicated to helping fans live more sustainably outside the venues. Last year, she teamed up with Google Maps to help fans find vegan-friendly restaurants in every tour city.

“I am so excited to see you all at my shows over the coming months, and for us to work together in reducing our collective footprint when it comes to transportation and what we eat,” Eilish said in a statement to The Keyword at the time.
“Every action matters, no matter how big or small, and together we can truly begin to heal our beautiful planet,” she added. “Thanks to Google Maps, everyone will have easy access to resources that will help you make great sustainable choices when you come to my shows.”
In New York, Eilish recommends fans check out spots like Jerrell’s BETR BRGR, Vegan On the Fly, Spicy Moon, Cadence, and Orchard Grocer before heading to the show.
As well as La Botaniste, other vegan-friendly vendors inside the arena include Shah’s Halal in section 107 and Northwell Health Healthy Choice in sections 102 and 108.
